The Brandon area located in Hillsborough County, Florida has seen some impressive gains in both residential and commercial real estate sectors.

Here is a quick story that really opened my house on the fact that these values are on a rise and it's looking very promising for future pool home sellers as well as buyers looking for a safe investment:

An area that really caught my eye was the Brandon Pool Home Values. I was showing the most sought after Brandon Pool Homes (4 bedroom, 2 bath with at least 2,000 sq ft) in 2015 to clients that were on the fence about buying. In the end they decided to sign another year lease so they could save more money to put down.

A year has passed us by and quickly! The clients had called to let me know that the lease was up and they were ready to start the search for that perfect Brandon pool home.

The original budget was $225,000  in 2015 and when they called me a year later they made it very clear that the budget couldn't exceed $230,000 and that was only if "the house was perfect" otherwise they wanted to negotiate and be closer to $200,000.
